About the Role

As a Key Holder, you will open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will lead the store team, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve customer issues. Your responsibilities will include processing sales transactions, assisting in inventory control, restocking, merchandising, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety standards. You will also support loss prevention efforts, train and mentor new associates, and work collaboratively toward common goals.

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the store following company policies and procedures
  • Lead the store team as part of management
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising
  • Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld
  • Support loss prevention efforts and report unusual activity
  • Engage professionally and respectfully with store teams and customers
  • Train and mentor new associates
  • Work collaboratively as a team toward common goals
  • Maintain a professional presence and motivate others

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1+ years of retail sales experience
  • Minimum of 1+ year of retail leadership/management experience
  • Experience in retail, preferably fast fashion
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as a team
  • Awareness and understanding of retail principles (sales, stock, service delivery)
  • Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to move around the store throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly (e.g., boxes, merchandise, bins, clothing racks)
  • Ability to regularly squat or kneel (e.g., accessing under-storage bins, visual resets)
  • Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform for required tasks

Pay

This is a part-time hourly position with a wage range of $19.87–$22.87 per hour (CA).
