Part Time Key Holder

About the role

True Classic is hiring a Part Time Key Holder to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. As the face of our brand, you will help customers look and feel their best, ensuring they leave excited to return.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every customer who enters the store
• Learn and deliver our signature “TRUE Experience” — a customer-first approach focused on genuine connection, not pressure
• Support customers in finding their ideal fit by offering expert product knowledge and styling tips
• Contribute to a high-performing team culture where achieving goals is expected and celebrated
• Maintain impeccable store standards, ensuring the space is clean, organized, and inviting
• Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and promotional displays
• Accurately and efficiently process all transactions

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience (especially in a high-volume store is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read people and build rapport quickly
• A positive, team-first attitude and passion for delivering outstanding service
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Climb ladders and step stools as necessary
• Maintain energy and focus in a busy retail environment

Pay

$16.50 per hour
