About the Role

The Retail Key Holder works on the frontlines ensuring every customer has a positive and comfortable experience. As an ambassador of Rhone, the Key Holder upholds the company’s principles—gritty, responsible, excellent, authentic, and team‑centered—while overseeing other team members and opening and closing the store as needed. A passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the leader on the floor, driving store vision and serving as the point of contact for all customer service and operational questions.
• Mentor team members by being visible and setting an example of great customer experience and product knowledge.
• Deliver in‑the‑moment feedback and recognition to Retail Sales Associates, both new and tenured.
• Foster and support a productive employee culture.
• Gather feedback from customers, store team members, and observations to report to store management.
• Deliver results while putting the customer first and applying an omni‑channel mindset.
• Build relationships with customers, team members, and business partners.
• Serve as a Rhone product‑knowledge expert, educating customers on features and benefits.
• Assess individual customer needs and provide product recommendations.
• Maintain presentation of the sales floor, product, signage, and displays according to Rhone’s visual merchandising standards.
• Work with store management to ensure shipping and receiving are processed per company standards.
• Maintain a neat and organized stockroom in line with Rhone’s organizational standards.
• Take initiative by jumping in on any task, asking questions, and sharing ideas.
• Demonstrate inclusive behavior toward team members and customers.

Requirements

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of three 4‑hour shifts per week.
• Adherence to scheduled shifts with punctuality.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Comfortable climbing ladders, moving regularly, and standing for extended periods.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Pay

$18 – $24 per hour

Schedule
