Study Smart Tutors is a college and career access organization dedicated to promoting educational equity, access, and success. We achieve this by offering a variety of tools for students, families, and educators, and by collaborating with schools, outreach programs, and other organizations to provide high-quality, culturally responsive academic support.

Job Responsibilities

• Subjects to be taught: Math and ELA
• Grades: K-5
• Provide tutoring support to small and large groups of students
• Have access to information about class assignments
• Adapt to new materials and teaching strategies
• Maintain consistent communication with Study Smart Tutors staff
• Partner with Study Smart Tutor’s Education team to provide comprehensive learning strategies to all students

Qualifications

• MUST hold a completed 4-year degree
• Tutoring or teaching experience is strongly desired
• In-person availability is required

Pay and Benefits

• Schedule: 7:45 AM to 1:55 PM PST
• Excellent rate of pay: $40 per hour
• Paid Onboarding/Training/Preparation/Support: $22.00 per hour
