Level of Effort
- Non-travel months: Approximately 30–50 hours/month.
- Travel months: Approximately 80–90 hours/month.
- Initial travel anticipated September 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret with current eligibility for SCI access.
- Experience producing finished intelligence products within the U.S. Intelligence Community, supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency.
- Experience serving in a senior leadership position supporting intelligence operations, training, or education as one of the following:
- GS/GG-12 or above civilian;
- Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (E-8/E-9);
- Mid-grade military officer or above; or
- Equivalent leadership experience as a government contractor.
- Experience developing individual and collective military intelligence training programs.
- Experience training intelligence professionals in one or more of the following areas:
- intelligence planning and operations;
- intelligence strategy, policy, or doctrine;
- instructional design;
- project management methodologies;
- in-person and virtual facilitation techniques.
- Experience drafting strategic intelligence documents related to intelligence concepts, doctrine, defense policy, or strategy development.
- Demonstrated ability to translate U.S. and NATO intelligence principles, methods, and best practices into effective instructional content for foreign military audiences.
- Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. and NATO joint and service military intelligence doctrine and the ability to communicate intelligence principles and practices to partner nation personnel.
- Experience advising or mentoring military or government intelligence organizations.
- Experience supporting one or more military intelligence disciplines, including Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Technical Intelligence (TECHINT), or Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT).
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive-level communication skills.
- Ability to travel internationally and within the continental United States as required.
- Experience supporting intelligence advisory activities within the United States CENTCOM AOR.
