Part-time Instructor - Tutoring and Learning Center (Anatomy, Physiology and Chemistry Tutor)

About the role

Wake Technical Community College is seeking adjunct faculty for tutorial support in Anatomy, Physiology, and Chemistry.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability and commitment to tutor major and/or non-major level courses in Anatomy, Physiology or Chemistry
• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and methods
• Be self-directed, organized, task and detail oriented

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field
• Full-time or part-time teaching and/or tutoring experience
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays
• College transcripts must be uploaded with your application or submitted to the HR office prior to consideration for interview

Preferences

• Master's degree in Anatomy, Physiology or Chemistry
• One year college level teaching and/or tutoring experience
