Part Time Human Service Worker

Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Part-Time Human Service Worker with our Stride Program at the Payson Family Clinic in Payson, Utah! This rewarding opportunity offers a competitive wage of $17.50–$22.17/hour and the chance to make a lasting impact in the lives of children ages 5–12 who are experiencing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate support and supervision to program participants
- Facilitate structured activities, skills groups, and daily routines
- Assist with crisis intervention and maintain a safe environment
- Document client interactions, progress, and observations accurately
- Collaborate with therapists, supervisors, and other team members
- Model positive behavior and healthy coping strategies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm, patient, and grounded during challenging situations
- Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
- Experience or education in mental/behavioral health is helpful but not required

Schedule
- School Year: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–6:30 PM
- Summer: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
