Responsibilities

  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain HR records and files
  • Help ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
  • Support employee benefits administration
  • Respond to routine HR inquiries
  • Auxiliary tasks may include assisting with scheduling interviews or coordinating recruitment activities
  • Prepare HR documents
  • Update HR databases
  • Support special HR projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including the ability to help maintain compliance and assist with related documentation
  • Experience or training in Personnel Management, such as handling employee records and supporting staffing processes
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels
  • Proficiency with office software and HR systems or databases; ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
