Responsibilities
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain HR records and files
- Help ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
- Support employee benefits administration
- Respond to routine HR inquiries
- Auxiliary tasks may include assisting with scheduling interviews or coordinating recruitment activities
- Prepare HR documents
- Update HR databases
- Support special HR projects as needed
Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including the ability to help maintain compliance and assist with related documentation
- Experience or training in Personnel Management, such as handling employee records and supporting staffing processes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels
- Proficiency with office software and HR systems or databases; ability to learn new tools quickly
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
