Duties/Responsibilities

  • Responds to employee questions and requests in a timely, professional, and service-focused manner.
  • Affords assistance with onboarding documentation, including Forms I-9, employment forms, and new-hire electronic files.
  • Maintains accurate employee records and files in accordance with company procedures and confidentiality standards.
  • Serves as a support for benefits administration by answering basic employee questions, organizing documents, and coordinating with HR leadership as needed.
  • Affords support for termination paperwork, employee status changes, and other HR documentation.
  • Performs HRIS data entry and ensures employee information is accurate and up to date.
  • Prepares, scans, emails, files, and distributes HR documents and correspondence as requested.
  • Processes incoming and outgoing HR mail and supports general office administrative needs.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent HR or administrative experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of related HR, administrative, or office support experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and follow through within a part-time schedule.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; HRIS experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal, written, and email communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, self-starter approach.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
