Essential Job Functions

  • Facilitating the administration of employer-sponsored benefits.
  • Disseminating various HR communications.
  • Aiding in performance management and improvement systems.
  • Aiding in resolving employee relations issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory concerns and reporting.
  • Aiding in employee onboarding, development, and training processes.
  • Facilitates New Employee Orientation.
  • Documenting HR processes.
  • Performing office administration duties.
  • Aiding in employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health;
  • Maintaining HRIS system
  • Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

None

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred. A minimum of three to five years of recent and related HR experience OR combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of human resources laws and regulations. Knowledge and experience with digital technology, social media, HRIS software.
  • Skills: Detail oriented with strong written, verbal communication, and public speaking skills. Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel), and web searches.
  • Other: Ability to work independently and collaboratively balancing multiple priorities simultaneously.
