Essential Job Functions
- Facilitating the administration of employer-sponsored benefits.
- Disseminating various HR communications.
- Aiding in performance management and improvement systems.
- Aiding in resolving employee relations issues.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory concerns and reporting.
- Aiding in employee onboarding, development, and training processes.
- Facilitates New Employee Orientation.
- Documenting HR processes.
- Performing office administration duties.
- Aiding in employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health;
- Maintaining HRIS system
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Qualifications
- Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred. A minimum of three to five years of recent and related HR experience OR combination of education and relevant experience.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of human resources laws and regulations. Knowledge and experience with digital technology, social media, HRIS software.
- Skills: Detail oriented with strong written, verbal communication, and public speaking skills. Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel), and web searches.
- Other: Ability to work independently and collaboratively balancing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Physical Demands
