Responsibilities
- Provide part time support to the HR team in three main areas: HR Administration, Onboarding Support, and Recruiting Support.
- Support HR Administration by helping maintain employee records, assisting with HR documentation, supporting Paylocity updates, organizing HR files, and keeping internal trackers and records current.
- Support Onboarding by assisting with new hire paperwork, onboarding coordination, employee documentation, and follow up items to help create a smooth start for new team members.
- Support Recruiting by helping with job postings, resume review, phone screens, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and basic recruiting follow up when hiring needs arise.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of HR administrative, HR support, or recruiting experience.
- Experience with onboarding, employee records, or HR documentation.
- Recruiting or candidate coordination experience preferred.
- HRIS or ATS experience preferred.
- Paylocity experience is a plus.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities without losing the details.
- Professional judgment and respect for confidentiality.
