About the role

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. Responsibilities

• Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards
• Ensure that rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels
• Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, service hours of operation, and surroundings (e.g., mall, restaurants)
• Ensure that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items that guests have left behind and report items utilizing hotel’s lost and found procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Skills

• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Team player
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards
