About the role

The enthusiastic team player we seek will receive and record all reservations within the system and greet and seat residents and guests according to the quality and service standards established for the dining room in a prompt, courteous, and friendly manner to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Receive and record all reservations within the system
• Greet and seat residents and guests according to established quality and service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt, courteous, and friendly service

Requirements

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks
• Prior restaurant and/or customer service experience preferred
• Possess or be willing and able to obtain Food Handlers certification, as required
