We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Health System Pharmacy contributes to Cardinal Health Pharmacy Operations... description of role. - They manage pharmacy at AMG Specialty Hospital - Oklahoma City, recruiting for Part-Time Staff Pharmacist to work 2 weekdays per week (preferably Thursday & Friday) as well as every other weekend ranging from 16-24 hours a week (40 hours per pay period). Also expected to handle on call coverage as needed. Hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM and weekends 8AM-12PM. - Job Summary: Working in a hospital system pharmacy outsourced to Cardinal Health, the Pharmacist II adjusts and dispenses medication to patients and drives the compliant and efficient operations of the pharmacy. The Pharmacist verifies physician orders using the pharmacy information system, makes adjustments according to protocols for a given medication, and provides patient education. This job also supervises Pharmacy Technicians and manages compliance tasks related to accreditation, narcotics control, and inventory management. - Responsibilities: list bullet points (multiple). We'll need to capture each bullet. - Qualifications: list bullet points. - "What is expected of you and others at this level": maybe can be part of Qualifications or separate? Could be considered "Skills" or "Qualifications". We'll treat as part of Qualifications maybe. - Anticipated hourly range: $50.10 per hour - $71.70 per hour - Bonus eligible: No - Benefits: 401k Contributions, Paid Time Off, Access to wages before pay day with myFlexPay - Application window anticipated to close: 10/31/2026 (but we should drop application instructions? The instruction says remove application instructions. The "Application window anticipated to close: 10/31/2026" is maybe metadata but could be considered minor metadata; we can fold into a short p or drop. Probably drop as it's not substantive? It's about timing; maybe we can include as a short p under a generic "Details" but we are not supposed to create sections unless real content. Could include as a short p after the sections? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short p for that metadata. - Also there is a line: "*if interested in opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible." That's application instruction; remove. - Also there is EEO boilerplate; remove. - Also there is "Cardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace..." that's EEO; remove. - Also "Cardinal Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer..." remove. Thus we need sections: - About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph describing Health System Pharmacy contributes... and the job summary? Could combine. Better: Use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. About the role: Could include description of the team, location, part-time schedule, on-call coverage, hours. Responsibilities: list of duties from Responsibilities bullet list. Qualifications: list from Qualifications bullet list plus maybe "What is expected of you and others at this level" (which describes expected behavior). Could also go under Skills. Skills: maybe include "Strong customer service skills", "Manual dexterity", "Computer savvy", "Ability to hear, write, and speak clearly", "IV experience preferred", "In-patient hospital pharmacy experience preferred", "Flexibility to work various shifts". Those are skills/qualifications. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's parse Qualifications bullet list: - Licensed, “good standing” pharmacist in the state of Oklahoma or willing to become licensed in the state - In-patient hospital pharmacy experience preferred - Flexibility to work various shifts - IV experience preferred or willing to obtain - Ability to hear, write, and speak clearly in order to communicate with customers and health care professionals - Strong customer service skills. - Manual dexterity required for occasional reach, lifting and holding of small objects. - Computer savvy to learn and perform successful operation of multiple pharmacy information systems. - May require vendor credentialing Then "What is expected of you and others at this level" bullet list: - Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks - Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity - Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve - Applies judgment within defined parameters - Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects - Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy These are more like competencies/behaviors; could be placed under Skills or a separate section like "Expectations". But we only have predefined headings; we could put them under Skills or Qualifications. Since they are not exactly qualifications but expected behaviors, maybe under Skills. We also have Benefits: 401k Contributions, Paid Time Off, Access to wages before pay day with myFlexPay. Pay: Anticipated hourly range: $50.10 per hour - $71.70 per hour; Bonus eligible: No. Schedule: Part-Time Staff Pharmacist to work 2 weekdays per week (preferably Thursday & Friday) as well as every other weekend ranging from 16-24 hours a week (40 hours per pay period). They will also be expected to handle on call coverage as needed. Hours are Monday-Friday are 8AM-4:30PM and weekends 8AM-12PM. Also mention location: AMG Specialty Hospital - Oklahoma City. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. We'll output HTML fragment with sections as needed. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We must not emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. We must prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Thus we need to decide which sections to include: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check if each has real specific content. About the role: we have description of Health System Pharmacy contributes..., job summary, location, schedule details? Actually schedule details could go under Schedule. About the role could include the overview: "Health System Pharmacy contributes to Cardinal Health Pharmacy Operations is responsible for the safe, efficient and effective coordination of Cardinal Health's pharmacy operations that service acute care hospitals, hospital retail customers, ambulatory care and alternate site facilities, oncology and cardiology practices as well as retail customers. Health System Pharmacy is responsible for providing customized pharmacy program solutions that reduce costs and improve patient care quality for hospitals, health systems and other integrated healthcare providers may also consult with and advise healthcare team on prescribed medications, supplies and related processes. Cardinal Health manages the pharmacy at AMG Specialty Hospital - Oklahoma City, and we are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Staff Pharmacist..." That's substantive. Responsibilities: we have bullet list. Qualifications: we have bullet list. Skills: we have some overlapping with Qualifications; but we could combine Qualifications and Skills into one section? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Qualifications and Skills into a single "Requirements" section? But the headings list includes Qualifications and Skills separately. However we can omit a heading if not needed? The instruction: "Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It doesn't say we must use all headings; we can choose which to include. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. And maybe we can omit Skills if its content overlaps with Qualifications. But we have some skill-like items that are not strictly qualifications (e.g., ability to hear/write/speak clearly, strong customer service skills, manual dexterity, computer savvy). Those could be considered qualifications as well. So we can put them under Qualifications. Thus we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check if we need a separate "Skills" section: maybe not. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat info. Let's draft:
