Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as specified in the client’s plan of care.
- May include but are not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, other personal hygiene, toileting, transferring, eating and continence care.
- Avoid medication assistance, housekeeping services, laundry, meal preparation, feeding, shopping, transportation to and from appointments and companionship.
- Report daily activity to your supervisor through the agency management system and daily activity logs.

Required Knowledge
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to follow verbal and written assignments.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Homecare Company Management System--ClearCare.
