Part Time Home Health Aide

About the role

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Home Health Aides to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in our clients' homes while supporting, encouraging, and helping with skill-building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and encouraging Recipients in their daily activities
• Helping Recipients build new skills and confidence
• Encouraging Recipients to participate in community activities
• Adapting care plans to meet the needs of each Recipient

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older
