Home Health Aide Part Time

About the role

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Home Health Aide to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in our clients' homes while supporting, encouraging, and helping with skill-building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and encouraging Recipients in their daily activities
• Helping Recipients build new skills and confidence
• Encouraging Recipients to participate in community activities
• Assisting Recipients with transportation to and from appointments
• Adhering to care plans and schedules provided by the Recipient's healthcare provider

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older
