About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support to seniors, enhancing their quality of life through personal care and meaningful engagement.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Follow individualized service plans and ensure safety, dignity, and independence
- Engage residents in conversations and activities
- Support dining services
- Maintain a clean environment
- In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
- Communicate effectively with families and care team members
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Strong compassion, reliability, and communication skills
