Part-time Home Health Aide

About the role
We are seeking a full-time Home Health Aide to provide personal care services to our home health patients. The HHA will deliver care in the patient/family home in accordance with the plan of treatment as assigned by the Nurse/Case Manager, following organization policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities
- Assist patient in bathing, care of mouth, skin, and hair as needed
- Assist patient in and out of bed and with ambulation
- Turn patient in bed, position for comfort, and change bed linen
- Assist with prescribed exercises as directed
- Prepare meals and assist with eating if needed during assigned visit time
Requirements
- Completion of an approved Home Health Aide training program
- High school diploma or GED; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current California Home Health Aide (HHA) license (Home Care Aide (HCA) certification is not accepted)
- Current California Driver’s License and automobile insurance meeting state requirements, if driving

Part-time; 3 days per week; Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm
