About the role
Clarke is currently looking for Diesel Technicians. This is a great opportunity for knowledgeable Technicians to apply his or her skills in a company that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities
- Service and repair work, drive train, steering, electrical, engine, suspension and brakes
- Troubleshooting and inspections
- Implement and enforce Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions
Requirements
- Good computer and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance
- Must be able to read and write reports
- Diesel Repair experience is required
- Must be able to obtain DOT Med Card
- Valid State Driver's License required
Qualifications
- Prefer Diesel Program Technical School completion and minimum 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CDL is preferred
