Part-Time: HCA/CNA

Acti‑Kare Responsive In‑Home Care – Kenmore is seeking compassionate, dependable, and caring individuals to join our team as Part‑Time Caregivers. Our caregivers provide personalized in‑home support that helps clients remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Prepare meals and assist with basic household tasks.
• Provide medication reminders as directed by the care plan.
• Assist with ambulation, exercise, and daily activities.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, walks, or shopping when needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate family member or care team.
• Follow individualized care plans and provide respectful, compassionate care.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable assisting clients with activities of daily living.
• Professionalism and confidentiality.
• Current CPR certification (preferred/required as applicable).
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Successful completion of a background check and reference verification.

Pay

Competitive pay: $22‑$23 per hour, based on experience and assignment.
