Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• A passion for haircutting and customer service
• A team-oriented attitude

Training & Development

• Paid skill training and one-on-one technical coaching
• Ongoing development through Great Clips University (GCU)
• No prior experience required—we provide training
