$30–$35 per hour with tips and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Provide a steady flow of customers with GREAT haircuts (no current clientele required)
• Deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (training provided)
• Build genuine connections with customers
• Work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe

Requirements

• Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• Passion for building connections with customers
• Desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
