Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality haircuts for walk-in guests
• Provide excellent customer service and build genuine connections
• Follow salon standards and safety protocols
• Participate in team huddles and maintain a positive salon culture

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
• Desire to listen and deliver excellent customer service
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute to salon culture
