Pay

Stylists earn $25–$40/hr effective (includes potential tips, bonus, and incentives). First-time employees with FDG are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $500.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great haircuts and help customers look and feel their best
• Provide excellent customer service and build genuine connections
• Work within a team-oriented culture and contribute to salon success
• Use salon technology such as Online Check-In and the Great Clips App to streamline operations

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
