• Participate in paid training and ongoing education through Great Clips University (GCU)
• Utilize innovative salon technology, such as Online Check-In and the Great Clips App, to streamline operations

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Passion for haircutting and helping customers feel confident
• Strong customer service skills and a desire to build connections
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute to a positive culture
