Part Time Fully Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Assessor (LMFT, LCSW or LMHC)

About the role

Chrysalis Health is a leading provider of behavioral healthcare seeking Florida licensed clinicians to conduct assessments via Telehealth for a diverse population including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments for clients via Telehealth.
• Determine client’s psychiatric diagnosis using DSM‑5‑TR and ICD‑10 criteria.
• Perform initial assessments in accordance with Medicaid regulations and keep them updated as applicable.
• Work effectively with culturally diverse groups and individuals experiencing psychiatric, substance use, and/or medical symptom exacerbations or stressful situations.
• Maintain a part‑time schedule of weekdays 3 pm‑8 pm and weekends 10 am‑4 pm, completing a minimum of 7 assessments per week.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Active and valid Florida license in the respective field.
• Compassionate, engaging demeanor with superior customer service skills.

Qualifications

Ability to provide assessments in English; bilingual proficiency and experience with substance use assessments are considered a plus for increased earnings.

Pay

Minimum compensation is based on completing 7 mental‑health‑only assessments per week; the average time to complete one MH assessment is 2 hours 15 minutes. Earnings and bonus potential increase with bilingual proficiency, substance‑use assessments, and higher productivity.

Schedule

Part‑time remote position requiring availability weekdays from 3 pm to 8 pm and flexible weekends between 10 am and 4 pm, with a requirement to complete at least 7 assessments per week.
