About the role

Sandbox Family Services is seeking part-time and full-time licensed mental health providers to join their team. This position offers competitive hourly rates, comprehensive benefits, and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

- Provide psychotherapy to clients aligned with your areas of interest and expertise. - Set and manage your own schedule. - Maintain a caseload of: - Full-Time Option A: 34 client hours per week - Full-Time Option B: 28 client hours per week - Part-Time: Minimum of 22 client hours per week. - Participate in monthly team meetings.

Requirements

- Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC). - No interns or associates at this time. - Must not have a private practice.

Additional Info

- Weekend and evening availability preferred. - Flexible, telehealth-based role with optional in-person component. - Must be fully licensed in the state of California. - Bilingual is a plus. - Trained in a specific modality such as, EMDR, Brainspotting, EFT, Gottman. - Must NOT have a private practice or work in another group practice.
