Part Time Front Desk Coordinator- Tiger Town, AL
Position Summary
We are seeking a goal-oriented, proactive, and service-minded front desk sales person (Wellness Coordinator) to join our team. This customer-facing role plays a key part in patient experience, front office operations, and clinic growth. If you’re passionate about health and wellness, love helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting, this is the opportunity for you. No chiropractic or healthcare experience required — we will train the right person. We’re looking for individuals who are:
Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and creating a welcoming experience
- Presenting and selling memberships and wellness packages
- Managing patient check-in/check-out processes
- Answering phones and assisting patients with questions
- Maintaining accurate patient accounts using point-of-sale software
- Re-engaging inactive members
- Supporting clinic sales and monthly goals
- Assisting with marketing and community outreach efforts
- Maintaining clinic cleanliness and organization
- Working collaboratively with doctors and team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year of customer service or sales experience preferred
- Office management or marketing experience is a plus
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently
- Weekend availability required
- Reliable transportation required
Schedule
Monday – Friday: 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday- Sunday: 9:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation And Benefits
- Starting pay: $14 - $21+ per hour
