Your Day-to-Day
- Sell & Inspire – Help people commit to their fitness journey by selling memberships and retail.
- Grow the SPENGA Community – Engage with members, retain participation, and create an inspiring environment.
- Studio Operations – Set up and reset equipment, maintain a clean and welcoming space.
- Be a SPENGA Ambassador – Promote and represent the SPENGA culture both inside and outside the studio.

Compensation
Compensation: $0.16 - $0.19 per hour

With 50+ studios running and 250+ territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion.
