Part Time Footwear Associate

About the Role

As the Lead Associate, Footwear, you will be the expert on footwear products, driving sales and enhancing the athlete experience. You will create a dynamic shopping environment, communicate brand values, identify sales opportunities, and assist in store operations such as merchandising and stock replenishment. Collaboration with team members and responding to leadership feedback are essential to achieve store goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized athlete experiences and exceptional customer service
• Coach teammates on footwear products and sales practices
• Support store operations and merchandising efforts
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Provide feedback to leadership to improve store performance
• Manage omni-channel requests and promote core and seasonal products

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with 1-year retail experience
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Ability to stand, lift (up to 25 lbs), walk, and bend during shifts
• Willingness to learn technology and provide excellent service
