Part Time Food Service Worker

Role Overview The PT Food Service Worker supports hospitality operations within culinary labs, restaurant, bakery café, and catering services. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and student advocacy with a positive, adaptable attitude.Assist with food preparation, lab maintenance, and organization, following ServSafe standards.Receive deliveries, monitor equipment and storage cleanliness, and report issues promptly.Support front-of-house duties such as setup, teardown, and event service, ensuring professionalism and guest satisfaction.Maintain proper uniform and safety standards, including food safety and hygiene regulations.Assist with seasonal gardening activities as needed. Qualifications & Skills Successful completion of HOSP 101 and HOSP 102 or equivalent.Good academic standing or hospitality credential.Strong customer service, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with reliable attendance. Additional Expectations Willingness to perform various roles, including front and back of house, and event support.Commitment to creating an inclusive environment and adhering to safety and food standards.
