About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Banquets Team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up, breaking down, and servicing all meeting rooms to maintain high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Manually set up, break down, and service all meeting rooms in accordance with Crescent high standards of quality.
- Perform preparatory tasks and side work duties to ensure prompt and efficient service to guests.
- Read and understand the staff packet, Banquet Event Order, and work order provided for each event.
- Pull and deliver all required linen, skirting, and other heavy equipment needed to set up catering events, including chaffers, flatware, glassware, pans, and props.
