About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-time Floor Technician with a strong background in professional floor care, including hands-on experience operating and maintaining floor-cleaning equipment.

Schedule

Part-time
Monday - Friday 5:00PM - 9:00PM

Pay

$17 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stripping, refinishing floors
• Scrubbing ceramic tile
• Burnishing floors
• Cleaning of carpets / Carpet Extraction
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, removing trash, etc.
• Work independently or as part of a team
• Complete other duties as assigned, for example:
  • Window washing (interior and exterior)
  • Power washing

Requirements

• Floor care experience plus custodial experience is required
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Ability to clean in a medical setting
• 18 years of age or older with valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a federal background check with no past or pending criminal charges
• Ability to pass a drug test (including for THC)
• Ability to work efficiently while upholding company's quality standards
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors/managers and other team members
