About the role

The Assistant Manager at Absolute Leadership is known as the "Client Happiness Hero" and the "Master of Multitasking." This role requires a unique blend of interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, and a knack for resolving issues professionally and positively.

Responsibilities

  • Aid customers with renting units in-person, via phone, and through various advertising/marketing opportunities;
  • Enhance sales through rentals, insurance, and moving supplies;
  • Provide excellent customer service by identifying storage needs and offering solutions;
  • Guide new customers through rental processes;
  • Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the office, restrooms, grounds, and vacant units;
  • Keep well-organized records and perform minor maintenance tasks and regular property inspections;
  • Monitor rates, specials, and revenue-related factors;
  • Handle daily administrative tasks including handling cash, balancing receipts, pursuing collections, processing daily bank deposits, and completing auctions according to policy and laws;
  • If at a participating location, assist tenants with completing, processing, and returning rentals through programs such as U-Haul, Penske, or company-owned rental truck services.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED;
  • Experience in sales or retail environment preferred;
  • Experience in fast-paced, customer service-related environments preferred;
  • One year of experience in property management preferred;
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for positions involving driving.

~12 hrs/week; Floating between All season mobile, All Seasons West Mobile.
