About the role
The Part Time Flexible Customer Service Associate consults with customers on their rental, maximizing revenue opportunities by offering products and services and overcoming customer objections. Ensuring world-class customer service and sales support.
Responsibilities
- Consult with customers on their rental needs
- Offer products and services to maximize revenue opportunities
- Overcome customer objections to ensure satisfaction
- Shuttle customers to and from rental locations
- Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up by cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling fluids
Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading
- Knowledge of equipment operation such as computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine
