Part Time Flexible Customer Service Associate
About the role
The Part Time Flexible Customer Service Associate consults with customers on their rental, maximizes revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections, and ensures that the customer receives world‑class customer service and sales support. The role also includes shuttling customers and preparing vehicles for pick‑up.
Responsibilities
- Consult with customers on their rental needs.
- Actively offer products and services to maximize revenue.
- Overcome customer objections.
- Provide world‑class customer service and sales support.
- Shuttle customers as needed.
- Prepare vehicles for customer pick‑up, including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids.
Pay
$16.00 per hour
Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrating ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Ability to hear, speak, and communicate effectively to perform job duties.
- Physical capabilities: sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading.
- Knowledge of equipment operation such as computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine.
