About the role

As a Flexible Sales Associate, you’ll jump in during peak hours to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. This role fits your lifestyle, allowing you to work when it matters most—evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers (our "fans").
• Embrace and embody Pandora’s store culture as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments by displaying excellent product knowledge and fostering brand loyalty.
• Engage authentically to craft loyal fans and build lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand operation.
• Work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability as a results-oriented seller.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sense of care.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
• At least 18 years or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Willingness to embrace a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time.
• Reliable support during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

Schedule

• Flexible hours ranging from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.

Pay

$15.92 - $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
