Part Time Flex Sales Associate

About the Role

The Flex Sales associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery giving a voice to people’s loves.

• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on‑brand operation.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Demonstrate you’re a results‑oriented seller.
• Have developed a sense of care in your communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Be at least 18 years or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.

Schedule

• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time.
• Work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable and able to step in during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

Pay

$16.45 – $20.60 per hour
