Hawaii: $16.00 - $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.

About the role

The Flex Sales Associate (Part-Time) role fits your lifestyle, allowing you to jump in during peak hours—evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic periods like promotions or product launches—to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. This flexible schedule includes working anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers (fans).
• Embrace and embody the store culture as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Foster lasting connections with customers beyond transactions to craft loyal fans.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand operation.
• Work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• Stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time.
• Provide reliable support during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability as a results-oriented seller.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sense of care.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
• At least 18 years or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Willingness to embrace a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
