Part Time Flex Sales Associate
About the Role
As a Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time), you’ll support our team during peak hours to deliver incredible fan experiences and assist with store operations. This role is designed to fit your lifestyle, with flexible scheduling that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches. You’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable shopping moments and building brand loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers (our "fans").
- Embrace and promote the store culture as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
- Deliver exceptional product knowledge to create memorable shopping experiences and foster brand loyalty.
- Engage authentically with customers to build lasting relationships beyond transactions.
- Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand store experience.
- Work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
- Perform all other duties as assigned, including standing for extended periods, lifting 50+ pounds, and arriving to work on time.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a results-oriented seller.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sense of care and empathy.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels and charm an audience.
- At least 18 years or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Willingness to embrace a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
- Reliable support during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
Pay
$14.10 - $17.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
