Part Time Fitness Ambassador
About the role
Part-Time Starting at $16 per hour, with a raise upon certification and future tenure-based increases. Be the Energy. Be the Welcome. Be the Reason Members Love Coming In. Are you the kind of person who lights up a room, remembers names, and makes people feel instantly comfortable? Do you love being around others, staying active, and creating positive vibes wherever you go? We’re looking for a Fitness Ambassador — someone who’s more than just staff, but the heartbeat of the club. Think: the mayor of the gym. You’re the first hello, the go-to helper, the motivator, and the friendly face that keeps members coming back. This is the perfect entry-level role to kick-start a career in fitness, leadership, or wellness — no experience required, just great energy and a people-first mindset.
