Part Time Fitness Ambassador

About the role

Starting at $12.50 per hour, tenure increases once certification is obtained. Schedule: Every Monday 6 AM - 1 PM, Tuesday 11 AM - 6:30 PM, and Wednesday 12 PM - 8 PM. Be the Energy. Be the Welcome. Be the Reason Members Love Coming In.

Responsibilities

• Greet members with enthusiasm and make everyone feel welcome
• Be a visible, approachable presence on the fitness floor
• Aid with check-ins, questions, and member needs
• Promote programs, events, and club offerings
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and motivating environment
• Build relationships — know names, celebrate wins, and encourage progress
