About the role
Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Assist guests with their needs and ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Greets guests promptly and professionally
- Assists with food and beverage orders
- Ensures cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handles cash transactions and reports discrepancies
- Supports other staff members as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
- Passing background check
Skills
- Customer service orientation
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
