Part Time Field Service Technician

Job Summary

About the Role

Rotational Field Service Technician position available in Helena, MT.

Responsibilities

• Re-stock and perform routine service on kiosks as needed.
• Perform on-call repairs or adjustments to the machine when the machine goes out of order.
• New kiosk installations or swaps in the local area.
• Maintain and monitor machines in the territory daily for issues and contact stores to resolve connectivity or power issues.
• Keep track of inventory for re-stocking machines that are in Kiosk Tech’s possession.
• Grow revenue in the territory by optimizing machine locations, uptime, product mix, store relationships, etc.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Background in electromechanical repair and maintenance (preferred).
• Prior experience in retail merchandising, field operations, and customer service (preferred).
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar profile (preferred).
• Experience with tools and troubleshooting mechanical problems.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English to include technical “jargon”.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to always represent Hillman professionally.
• To work weekends when required.

Skills

• Operational Equipment: Must have an excellent driving record with a valid driver's license, clean driving record is mandatory, major driving violations will eliminate potential candidates, must have reliable transportation with automobile insurance (mileage reimbursement), must have a reliable cell phone (reimbursed).
