Part Time Field Researcher

What You’ll Do

• Drive through assigned new construction, residential neighborhoods
• Visually identify lot status: are these homes occupied, under construction, vacant lots, etc.
• Mark findings on provided site maps
• Track mileage and time
• Return completed folders to your managers

Key Responsibilities

• Work any day, 8AM–6PM
• Seasonal: Just a few weeks per quarter
• $12/hour + mileage reimbursement
• No data entry, no heavy lifting, no computer work, no cold calling
