Part Time Field Researcher

About the role

Zonda is hiring part-time Field Researchers to help track new home construction in Baldwin County, AL. This role is ideal for independent workers who enjoy solo drives and a break from screens or sales calls.

Responsibilities

• Drive through assigned new construction, residential neighborhoods
• Visually identify lot status: occupied, under construction, vacant lots, etc.
• Mark findings on provided site maps
• Track mileage and time
• Return completed folders to your managers

Qualifications

• Enjoy quiet solo work and flexibility
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
• Can lift up to 20 lbs and use a map or GPS

Pay

$15/hour + mileage reimbursement

Schedule

• Flexible hours: work any day, 8AM–6PM
• Seasonal: 2–3 weeks per quarter (every 90 days)
