Part-Time - Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (FNP or PA) - Urgent Care - Warner Robins, GA

Evaluation, Diagnosis, and Treatment

• Evaluate acute illnesses and injuries
• Diagnose and treat episodic and chronic conditions
• Manage walk-in and same-day appointments
• Treat minor office procedures such as laceration repair, incision and drainage, and orthopedic splinting
• Perform physicals including sports, DOT, pre-employment, and annual evaluations
• Evaluate patients for workers' compensation injuries

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in providing patient care as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Master’s degree (Family Nurse Practitioner) and appropriate state license required
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood borne pathogens, and related compliance standards
• Detail-oriented and confident in medical best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Competence with common PC applications, Microsoft Office, and EMR applications
• Experience with occupational health practices including DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, and physicals
• Respect and autonomy in decision-making
• Team-based approach to patient care

Key Skills
