About the role
Provide clinical oversight for advanced practice providers delivering inpatient behavioral health care.
Responsibilities
- Review and co-sign patient charts to ensure quality care and documentation accuracy.
- Conduct on-site supervision of clinical staff to maintain clinical standards and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Collaborate with psychiatric and clinical leaders to support integrated patient care and multidisciplinary approaches.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical background in behavioral health and inpatient care.
- Experience in supervision or administrative roles within healthcare settings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance procedures.
Schedule
Supervisory and administrative oversight, approximately 10 hours per week, to support quality patient care and regulatory adherence.
