Part-Time Faculty: Visual Arts

About the role

The Theatre and Visual Arts Department at Fordham University periodically hires part-time, non-tenure-track (NTT) faculty to teach introductory and upper-division courses in the following areas: Art and Engagement, Built Environment, Film and Video, Graphic Design, Painting and Drawing, and Photography. Based on scheduling needs as well as the qualifications and availability of the applicant.

Schedule

All classes would be taught in person at one of these two campuses, based on departmental needs: the Lincoln Center Campus in Manhattan or the Rose Hill Campus in the Bronx.

Requirements

• Applicants should have a terminal degree in their respective fields.
• The position will require the successful candidate to teach up to, but not exceeding, two undergraduate courses per semester.

Pay

$9,050 per course.
